Rev.Fr.Roy Palatty CMI: A Biographical Sketch of Fr Roy Palatty CMI Fr. Roy Palatty belonging to the CMI (Carmelites of Mary Immaculate) Congregation of Cochin Province is raised from Karukutty, near Angamaly. After his philosophical and theological studies at Dharmaram College, Bangalore, he received priestly Ordination on 2nd January, 2005. He is a lecturer at Dharmarm College and other allied institutions. Now, he is pursuing his PhD at the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. Apart from these, he is a well-acclaimed preacher and a writer. He is the General Editor of Sunday Shalom and a regular contributor to the Catholic Weeklies and News papers. He is actively involving in the Shalom Movement, with its mass media and publications. He preaches the Word of God all around the globe: from India, United States, Canada, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, and other places. He conducts retreats for the seminarians, priests, religious sisters, and college students. Some of his Publications include: Albhuthagalude Jalakam (A reflection on ten miracles of Jesus), Desadakante Vicharangal (Reflections), Jeevante Thudippukal (a Pro-life study), Peruvazhiyante Pinnale (Reflections)
